Making her return to Sacramento will be Miss Dirtybird J. Phlip. This last year we weren’t too impressed with men’s shirt selections found in most retail stores and boutiques. We did find these two men’s v-neck shirts worth mentioning from Heritage 1981. Black and white, simple and enough to grab your attention visually. I’ll spare you our thoughts on stores, designs and all the hype with costs and trends. We’ll be focusing our attention to private designers this year.
